Title: Zucchini Bread 1

2cGranulated sugar
1cCanola oil
3 Eggs
2cZucchini, grated
3 1/2cFlour
1/2tsSalt
2tsBaking soda
1/2tsNutmeg
1/2tsCinnamon
1/2cRaisins or dates
1/2cWalnuts
1tsVanilla

Combine sugar and oil, add beaten eggs, zucchini which has been grated or shredded, salt, flour and spices. Mix well then add raisins or dates and nuts. The dates make a very moist loaf.
